Where are oil prices heading?

John Buckingham discusses oil on CNBC. He says that supply and demand have a great deal to do with oil prices. The demand side seems to be supply but some of the supply has been an issue, but has been curtailed lately. He thinks oil goes up in the long run and does have exposure to it (as of May 17, 2016).
